Streamlined Logistics: Ensuring Precision and Efficiency
Inward Process
Vehicle Arrival & Document Submission
Vehicle arrives and submits documents at the security point, which are forwarded to the unloading desk.Unloading
The unloading team positions the vehicle at the dock for unloading.Verification
Products are tallied against documents, and any shortages or damages are recorded.GRN & Document Return
Documents are sent to billing for GRN entry. Afterward, receiving copies are handed to the driver.
Outward Process
Billing & Dispatch
After billing, dispatch is planned for Full Truck Load (FTL) or Part Load.FTL Dispatch
FTL shipments are sent directly to stockists.Part Load Dispatch
Part loads are sent to transporter hubs by route, with bilty copies collected.Tracking & POD Collection
We track all shipments until delivery and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) after completion.Challenging Areas

Warehouse Management
Daily Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of floors, offices, and toilets.Organized Storage
